About ISO/TC 260 and HRCI's Global Standards Leadership

HRCI, in collaboration with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), proudly spearheads the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Technical Committee (TC) 260 on Human Resource Management. This global initiative connects HR professionals from 38 countries to develop high-impact HR standards that transcend borders and industries.

Since 2011, our collective expertise has produced 32 essential standards with 7 more on the horizon. Notably, ISO 30414 Human Capital Reporting serves as a critical benchmark for the SEC's Human Capital Management Disclosures, offering a 'safe harbor' for organizations worldwide.
